There is sales tax applied to the item itself because that's The CA state law, I'm sorry about that.
Divinely detailed watercolor in the face as it should be done as it was intended to be a portrait of someone I met In Berkley CA. Last June of 2018. He was a native boy, direct off the reservation & I found he and his story pretty fascinating. The images naturally has more story attached to it; but one that shall remain a secret. All that I feel I need to say is that I captured the best possible version on him on his emotionally and physically journey.
The world in general & San Francisco too can be very unkind to those who don't fit in entirely. The new norm is that you have a very high paying job and have tons of cash to pay landlords what ever they want. Of course rarely does it ever happen that one drives in SF with enough money to live for more than a week and people get lost or left between the cracks.
